Coming August 2007 . . .

A powerful, portable learning tool, the iVocab package moves beyond traditional flashcards by allowing users to see and hear chapter vocabulary followed by the translation. These audio-video flashcards can be used on the Apple iPod® mobile digital device (both video and photo models), video cell phones, and computers (PC and Mac). Students with older iPods or other MP3 Players can still access and utilize the audio presentations.

Vocabulary is organized by chapter units. Students using the following grammars will be able to maximize their vocabulary learning:

Basics of Biblical Greek by William D. Mounce
(Zondervan, 2nd edition, 2003)

The Elements of New Testament Greek by Jeremy Duff
(Cambridge University Press, 2005)

Basics of Biblical Hebrew by Gary D. Pratico and Miles V. Van Pelt
(Zondervan, 2nd edition, 2007)

A Grammar for Biblical Hebrew by C. L. Seow
(Abingdon Press, 1995)

Introducing Biblical Hebrew by Allen P. Ross
(Baker Academic, 2001)

Invitation to Biblical Hebrew by Russell T. Fuller and Kyoungwon Choi
(Kregel Publications, 2006)

Will the Greek have accents? The Greek sample has no accents. While I thought this might be because all the examples were proper names, at least one word, kai, was not & it was not accented. The ad still w/ theos does have accents. What's the story?

The Greek will have accents, provided that the grammar each is keyed to has accents.

The sample you mention is referenced/keyed to Duff's grammar. In keeping with his pedagogical approach, we have omitted accent marks for flashcards keyed to his grammar. Most grammars use diacritical marks; cards keyed to those approaches will include the accent marks.

Will iVocab display on iPod Nano (i.e. w/ screen but w/o video capabilities)? Maybe a better question - what are the "system requirements" to use iVocab on an iPod, MP3 player or "video cell phone"?

I have a Tmobile Dash. Will the hebrew vocab work on my device?

How much memory will the program take up on my iPod?
